We use cookies and other tools (such as web analytic tools and pixel tags) to automatically collect information about you when you use Trust Networks sites, subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice and applicable data laws and regulations. The types of information collected automatically may include:

  • profile picture,
  • gender,
  • networks

  • All our cloud data is hosted within our own secure cloud;
  • All our systems are secured by passwords and industry best practice standards;
  • We monitor our systems for unauthorised use;

We will retain your personal information in accordance with our data retention policy which sets out data retention periods required or permitted by applicable law.

6. Information transfer

Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than the one in which it was provided. We do this when we submit returns to our software product providers for license monitoring purposes.

When we transfer data, the information is transferred in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
